“I have ordered a handful of times with Zatu Games, and whilst a couple of those transactions have not worked out as planned (entire orders being delayed for one or two items without this being communicated to me, or an order being delayed for no specified reason,) these issues have usually been resolved within a short time of my reaching out to the team. I cannot complain about the range of products, the competitive pricing or the payment options available.”

“I have used Zatu Games a few times now, and whilst there is certainly room for improvement, I love the wide range of products, the competitive prices and the payment options available to those on a budget. I have had some let-downs, but these have been quickly resolved after communicating with the team, so I can only hope these few niggles get nipped in the bud and I'll have nothing to complain about come my next review.”
