“The products was quickly dispatched after payment. The negative part was the packing of the board game. A way to large parcel relative to the games size. The packing material had more of a symbolic value then being of any real use (see photo). Probably the worst parcel I’ve received ordering board games. The Swedish counterparts always put packing material so that the product is secured in the parcel and can’t move around. Luckily(!) the board game was undamaged and all the corners of the box was ok. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the package.”

“The prices are quite competitive and it is nice to see descriptions of the games. I wish that Zatu would include more images of how the game pieces or the layout looks like, as well as some additional reviews for games.”

“Zatu Games are, one would have to say, possibly one of the best online retailers for games and toys. As a general rule their prices cannot be beaten, and they usually deliver extremely quickly. I did have one instance this year where an order was held up due to an item being kept at another site, and this wasn't communicated... I had to follow up on it several times... But that is my only complaint about Zatu so far.”

“Whilst pre-orders should not be marked without a given date that’s accurate, the prices and service of Zatu games is impressive. Customer service via chat is really fantastic and stands above other companies. The improved thicker boxes is also. Boost for protecting games, with friendly branding also. Well worth checking out during any sales as there’s plenty on offer that’s better priced than competitors”

“Zatu was mostly easy to work with and get my game ordered and arrived on time! My only issue was that we did not receive confirmation that the order was shipped, and there was a duplicate order in my account that didn't appear to relate to an actual order. The dashboard may need some tweaking to provide buyers with more accurate information. Otherwise, everything went through smoothly!”

“Took a good long while for the item to be dispatched, I thought it was in stock but it may have been on backorder. When it came, it was well packed, a long gaming mat curled to fit in a box. Ideally, a more bespoke alternative where the mat was packed in a tube would have been better, but this isn't what Zatu Games specialises in, so understandable.”

“The website occasionally lags (on a 100 mbps connection) and the filtering could use some work. Missing a category for Card Sleeves (even better if you could filter by dimensions)”

“Have ordered loads of games from Zatu and always very pleased with them. I've also ordered a replacement part for a game which was really easy and I was chuffed as I thought I'd never be able to get another one. Great quality, customer service is good, well packaged, and dispatched very quickly. Only thing is the delivery is hit and miss. You can pay for 'next day delivery' which isn't next day at all, you sometimes wait a standard 4-5 days. I know this is mainly in the hands of the courier but I wish Zatu made it more clear when you choose a delivery option that these are (very optimistic) estimates and that 'order now for next day delivery' normally doesn't happen!”

“Their customer service is excellent and once products arrive are all fantastic. Only issues I find with them as delivery is very hit and miss. Even though you pay for 2 day delivery I have waited up to 2 weeks for some items!”
