“Happy with the product and the price, thank you. However the delivery was not up to expectations - I had nominated a safe-place and had a message to say it had been left as requested - but found the package had just been left on wet grass in front garden, in full view of anyone passing. It was on time but little care for the contents when left out in wet weather.... My rating is based on the product and not the delivery, therefore.”

“Generally good UI and trusted shop I have used multiple times, overall decent but room to improve: - very slow website - reviews shown don't seem relevant to games but rather website only, would help adding clarity around this - my basket randomly resets if I put something in and leave the site which was very surprising to see. Multiple times it emptied itself and reset after I loaded it with items which likely meant you missed sales - I have used a voucher code for a gift that was not delivered along my package - not communicated to me that it would not happen, no explanation was given despite it being my incentive to purchase from Zatu, while the website said the code was valid and it was accepted. There were also multiple similar promotions at the time, so even if you ran out of the promotional game that I should have received you could have substituted it with any of your other promotions, right now I feel very cheated by this and it lowers my opinion of the store as it seems petty”
