We bought games with Zatu for a shipping in France. We had emails and everything to now where our package was. The ownly thing was the package : it was too big for the 4 boxes inside so it was crushed when I received it ! Thankfully, the boxes weren’t crushed. I also bought a pack of card sleeves and I found it at the bottom of the packet… crushed ! (But the sleeves were all good).
In conclusion : the packaging regarding shipping was bad but everything else was great ! It was the 2nd time we bought on Zatu and the 1st time was perfect
