“I have ordered a lot from Zatu sometimes small orders sometimes larger orders. Sometimes board games sometimes TCG products. It's always been delivered as described in excellent condition well packaged with no missing items. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that my larger orders are often slow to dispatch my most recent one taking 10 days from order to delivery.”

“We bought games with Zatu for a shipping in France. We had emails and everything to now where our package was. The ownly thing was the package : it was too big for the 4 boxes inside so it was crushed when I received it ! Thankfully, the boxes weren’t crushed. I also bought a pack of card sleeves and I found it at the bottom of the packet… crushed ! (But the sleeves were all good). In conclusion : the packaging regarding shipping was bad but everything else was great ! It was the 2nd time we bought on Zatu and the 1st time was perfect”

“Very good prices, and very fast delivery. However, the package had been damaged during transport, and as there was empty space left inside the package, one game box suffered a slight dent. So, packaging could be improved.”

“The game arrived promptly and it’s a great game and there’s plenty of scope to modify the game play in just the one deck. Choosing the right characters is quite important. We played as a five and we lasted about 4 games of it before we were twitching to play something else. The App made things very easy. My one gripe is that the box comes in a relatively small box but delivery costs were relatively expensive.”
