“All good, thanks. 2 small Things: Would be nice to get more info about Printversion/year of release, so you know what you get. Big packaging for small Games, could have been smaller, so games fit better and don't fly around in Box.”

“Personal experience from board game delivery to Sweden: Pros: The games were dispatched almost immediately. The Zatu customer service is nice and patient at responding to your issues. Cons: A lot of issues with the delivery partner: one package took about 2 weeks while the other took about 3 weeks to deliver. Sometimes the response can be a bit slow. The packaging was a bit loose. Overall: I will probably order again from Zatu because of their very nice collection, but should be prepared for the worst with the poor delivery partner and long delivery time.”

“The order is well packed and everything as expexted but preorder dates are very optimistic and I have ended waiting 6 months instead of ~1.5.”

“Most of the times, everything is just GREAT with zatu. Efficient, perfect packaging. And if any problem occurs, a few email or a single phone call can resolve everything. Great service really. However I not pleased that OOP products remain listed as "in back order", that's the only reason I do not push to 5 stars.”

“I'm a regular customer from Zatu. The prices are very competitive and customer service is very helpful. I reserve the fifth star because the delivery company that they use is slower than other online stores and not very careful when they deliver especially big boxes.”

“Zatu is my go to place to buy boardgames as the prices are good and usually the delivery is pretty fast. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that sometimes the packaging isn't perfect, and recently it took a week to dispatch an item (which then got to me super quick).”
