“out of 20 orders I've only had issues with one of them, delivery is quick, items are well packaged. Prices do fluctuate on occasion, however Zatu are one of the main companies I will look to when ordering new games and can recommend them”

“I ordered multiple games from Zatu. One game was a restock game "Chinatown". Unfortunately after waiting for months it was confirmed that the game was discontinued. I requested to swap that game for another game and they were happy to comply with my request. Great service from their end.”

“Box of figures arrived nicely packaged and were perfect on arrival which was great. A little later than I expected suspected I had to wait for warlord to deliver first before it was dispatched so not as instock as described but happy all the same.”

“I live in the US and have never shopped with Zatu before. Zatu has games you just can not find here. The experience was seamless. I have found the prices on products here to often be the lowest price I could find. With a bigger order it offsets the shipping costs, but if your ordering something you can not get anywhere else the shipping is a non issue. Highly recommended”

“Always seem to have the games I want. Easy website to navigate. Most recent purchase I paid for next day delivery via 24hr Parcelforce, but it came 48hours. But I will still use Zatu, its just that I needed that game quick as it was a gift. Usually I don't mind waiting.”

“I bought a game. It arrived on time. It was however defective which is a manufacturer issue, not Zatu's fault. I reached out to them, and am in the process of maybe getting a replacment part? If I actually get one then 5 star service, If I don't then they are a perfectlty competent online store.”
