“Great prices and quick shipping, not much to complain about! The one negative thing I will mention is their prices seem to change without warning on different products, so the great deal you see today might not be there when you check again tomorrow.”

“I ordered 4 Commander precon decks, sleeves, and booster packs. I received original, high quality products that arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one of the boosters came open and they couldn't do anything about it”

“Quick delivery, would be a five star if you didn’t limit the amount of victory points (the discount currency) per order. By limiting it per order you really do kick those who spend more in the shin”

“Zatu stocks an amazing range of games, the prices are competitive and ordering is a breeze. If I had one criticism it would be the prepay back order system that’s not clear when the games are actually due in stock, just always next month.”

“I've bought a lot of games from Zatu and they've always arrived on time and, until the last delivery, undamaged. Last time round there was too much space in the box and two of the three games ended up with damage to their corners. I'd still use them again though”

“Good first experience ordering with Zatu games. After some confusion over items which were "in stock" but not in the main warehouse, resulting in lead times which were unexpected, a great conversation with the customer services team put things right.”
