“Zatu has an amazing collection of quality products. Delivery is easy and reliable. And when editing or cancelling an order the customer service is brilliantly quick. I only mark a star off becuase of the option to order and pay for items that are not currently in stock. I have had experiences of doing this and waiting 18 months before I finally cancelled the order. Although I received a refund easily and quickly, it is stressful and annoying having to track the items availability to make sure you don't lose money. I understand the benefits of this system when it works but it is frustrating when it doesn't work.”

“I was very happy with the customer support form Zatu Games. One of my products couldn’t be delivered on time to the UK so instead of cancelling the order, they posted it to me in Japan with no extra charge. Super customer care and awesome products.”

“Zatu has great offers on a variety of board games and I always check their website for boardgames before other websites. It has some harder-to-get games too! It does not provide much inofrmation about the games themselves (and no extra pictures) so you have to go elsewhere to do research on games, but once you know what you want it is the best place to shop.”

“Zatu are great when items are in stock, delivery costs are reasonable and fast, prices are competative, have used several times and will again. But if the item is not in stock the estimated restock time is not to be trusted. They will cancel an order without any issues, but it can be a pain when you're trying to get hold of an item and waste time waiting for a restock date that isn't true.”
