“I ordered the wrong replacement parts for our trampoline, so I rang and spoke to Harriet. She was amazing, sorted out a return on a day that was convenient, helped me find the parts that I needed and then sent an email with links to them so I could order easily. She even included a photograph of what part of the trampoline should look like so that I could be sure they were the right ones. The sort of customer service that you just don’t get in a lot of places anymore.”

“We’ve had our trampoline for more than ten years and it’s still going and can get parts, we initially ordered the wrong loop to hold the betting up that broke but the lady on the phone was extremely knowledgable and with description, was able to find our original model and send us a correct replacement the next day! Fab service.”

“My son put it together with no real problems. Its sturdy well made an my 7yr old autistic grandson loves spinning laid down. Swing easily unhooks to put away in bad weather. Lots of fun to be had!”
