“We absolutely love the new oval jumpod, excellent quality. It took 2 of us about 8 hours to build including a lunch break 🙈😂but well worth it. Lost 1 star as communication was terrible. I had no email to confirm dispatch and no tracking so we had no idea when it was to arrive. I sent 3 emails as there is no contact via the phone at the moment and had no reply to any. I can understand that they are possibly overwhelmed with the current climate and hopefully this is the norm. Main thing is it arrived and we are super happy with the trampoline.”

“We ordered a trampoline and it was delivered within 3 days during the Covid 19 pandemic. It took my husband and I about 3/4 hours to assemble and the instructions were fairly straightforward. Our children have been bouncing on it every day since!”
