“Took 2 weeks to arrive. I tried to ring and couldn’t get through and there wasn’t an option of leaving a voicemail. I sent countless emails but no one replied. Communication wise, absolutely horrendous. The trampoline is fantastic though, couldn’t fault it. Easy enough to assemble!”

“Trampoline arrived fairly quickly. Happy with delivery. Trampoline is what you would expect for the money, green padding doesn’t sit well around the edge, looks very cheap, but suppose it’s not the most expensive one!!! Does what it’s meant to do and put together easily.”

“it is a great quality product , the instructions booklet for assembly is very poor indeed. It’s really not difficult to erect, the booklet ( and video ) were confusing”

“We bought the UFO swing to keep my 8 year old entertained during the lockdown It’s a brilliant swing and he loves it, very sturdy and well made The only things I would say are it’s not easy to put together required 2 adults and took a lot longer than the 1 hour suggested the basket but takes the longest it’s just so fiddly Definitely need better instructions, the instructions are very basic - even a video of assembly on the website A dispatch email would also have been nice, it says you have to be there to sign for it but we had no idea when it was coming”

“Jumpking excellent service ,but i would recommend making sure the courier you use know what they are doing, they delivered a day late and wrong address ,as could not find my address. It was correct on the label you put on and I've not had a problem before ,they annoyed me .”

“One put together we’re happy with the trampoline. However, putting the frame together was very difficult. One leg in particular took multiple attempts and lots of force to get the pipes into place. It really shouldn’t be that difficult if the pieces are made the correct size in the first place. Having said that the springs were easy to attach with the tool provided as was the safety net. Overall happy, but it took a lot longer than it should of due to the leg / frame section.”

“After the initial delivery being incorrect and Mis matched trampoline parts delivered they swiftly replaced and this was great- nice product quality material Shame they didn’t take the other one away so we now have 2 large useless boxes of trampoline parts that we have to store ! Despite excellent initial customer service - shame you let yourself down by not collecting the first wrong boxes overall pleased with product.”

“We absolutely love the new oval jumpod, excellent quality. It took 2 of us about 8 hours to build including a lunch break 🙈😂but well worth it. Lost 1 star as communication was terrible. I had no email to confirm dispatch and no tracking so we had no idea when it was to arrive. I sent 3 emails as there is no contact via the phone at the moment and had no reply to any. I can understand that they are possibly overwhelmed with the current climate and hopefully this is the norm. Main thing is it arrived and we are super happy with the trampoline.”

“We ordered a trampoline and it was delivered within 3 days during the Covid 19 pandemic. It took my husband and I about 3/4 hours to assemble and the instructions were fairly straightforward. Our children have been bouncing on it every day since!”
