“No problem at all with the equipment itself. But the delivery service (TNT) was very poor. Waited all day for the delivery which did not arrive. It finally came the following day, with them trying to say we tried to change the delivery address,we had no reason to change it.”

“Ordered a safety enclosure for 12 foot Jumpking trampoline. We have had the trampoline for 20 years and delighted that we can still get spares for it. It is a very strong trampoline. We have managed to replace worn out netting, and pad. We haven't needed to replace the bed yet, it is still in good condition as we store it away during the winter. Jumpking service and delivery is very good. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I emailed to make an enquiry but didn't receive a reply.”

“All good so far. Instructions could be clearer, but the materials look and feel high quality. Delivery was quick as well. Took a couple of us, around 4 hours in total.”

“Trampoline is absolutely brilliant - sturdy, great size, really good quality and exactly as described. Would 100% have been 5/5 only the instructions were pretty hopeless - we had to make and remake a few bits a couple of times which would have been easily resolved if the instructions had been clearer. Would 100% recommend the trampoline but it took us 5 hours when it said 2!”

“Swing frame ok to put together. Not easy but ok, the seat however was another matter and took longer to build. It was a reall challenge and very fiddly to do. Instructions were not very clear, very limited and in black and white only so that didn't help. No video available on website to help either when I looked in desperation. Anyway eventually got everything done and presented it to my son who was very happy with the swing thank goodness.”

“Found website a little difficult to be sure I had right spares but contact@ very quick to respond with accurate info. Order then processed and delivered on time. Good that they continue to stock spares years after trampoline bought.”

“I purchased the UFO swing. It's great fun for the kids. Delivery was absolutely atrocious though. Not Jumpking's fault directly but their delivery partner FedEx are awful. Was accused of having received my parcel when infact It had been delivered elsewhere. Took me having to persuade their customer service that I had been contacted by someone over Facebook to tell me that the parcel (with my name and address on it) was with them instead. If it hadn't been for that person's honestly, I would have never known where my parcel was as FedEx were oblivious! Parcel ended up being very late which meant my children were disappointed. Has sadly put me off ordering the trampoline I had planned for my son's birthday.”

“Excellent sturdy and as described , very pleased with our purchase. If being particular there were a couple of Scranton the framework , but this didn’t stop us getting it up as wouldn’t hinder the performance. Out 11 year old gymnastics daughter is thrilled snd can’t keep off it . Worth every penny”

“The order process was very straight forward and easy to find the parts. There was some delay with the poles arriving and they are slightly shorter than the original ones, which is why only 4 stars.”

“First things first. This is a great product once built. My daughter loves it, and I so happy with it.... but, i'm a mechanical engineer and I thought building it was unnecessarily challenging! the instructions are awful, joints are way tighter than they need to be, and the less said about the ground straps the better... and I still have one net pole higher than the others as it won't go any further into the painted hole. Its like it fitted perfectly and then they painted it and now nothing fits well.”
