I ordered the wrong replacement parts for our trampoline, so I rang and spoke to Harriet. She was amazing, sorted out a return on a day that was convenient, helped me find the parts that I needed and then sent an email with links to them so I could order easily. She even included a photograph of what part of the trampoline should look like so that I could be sure they were the right ones. The sort of customer service that you just don’t get in a lot of places anymore.
