“The trampoline is great and our daughters are so pleased and excited to have it in the garden now. One gripe - the instructions for set up leave much to be desired which added another hour on to the set up time. Hard work!!”

“Prompt delivery, easy ordering system. My only criticism was with the courier themselves because we were notified the trampolining was coming (only given a timescale of ‘before 6’). We waited in all day and the at 5pm the date on the tracking system changed to the following day. Fortunately my parents could wait for it because I had to go to work. A more accurate delivery time would be helpful. Other than that absolutely spot on.”

“Excellent service. I initially ordered the wrong size replacement net but Jumpking gave me a refund upon returning the net and then guided me to the correct net. It arrived within a couple of days and is very good quality. Only downside was the price of £96 (inclusive of delivery and tax) which I think is a bit excessive for a replacement net, however I couldn't find the correct one anywhere else.”

“Great looking canopy and seems to do a great job of protecting kids from sun, aswell as the pigeon issues we have had. Hope it lasts a long time as these things are expensive but hopefully worth it in the long run! Also fixed mine to a jump power 10ft trampoline, and it fits fine!”

“Great service around the purchase. The product that arrived was as expected. The only downside in the process was that I paid extra to move a Tuesday delivery forward to Saturday and the trampoline still arrived on Tuesday. Aside from that, we are happy customers and having lots of fun on the trampoline.”

“Seemed straightforward to assemble however one of the poles were out of place around the edge which meant it wouldn’t slip into the joining pole. This took quite awhile to correct as the metal doesn’t bend easily. Apart from that it was ok. I seem to have 4 extendable bolts in the seat packaging which don’t seem to go anywhere...?”

“This is a great rugged trampoline. My only gripe is that a couple of connectors were bent, seemingly in the manufacture or packaging process (no box damage evident). This required additional tools to make good. Overall my children are delighted.”

“First time I have ordered from this company. Order to delivery was very quick. Unfortunately, my daughter was not in, but left a note on the door, as requested, to say please leave with next door neighbour. However, the delivery driver left in the back garden in the rain. Fortunately, it was wrapped in polythene. The item was unpacked and it appears there is no damage. Would have given five stars otherwise.”
