“Trampoline net fitted perfectly. But delivery charge was very expensive. Had this size been available on another site I would have purchased elsewhere where delivery charges were less than half the price.”

“The trampoline net is fine although it would have been good to know abit more clearly that the tubing for round the top of the net was not included and costs a further £30. the £9.00 postage seems quite a lot. The customer services lady was helpful and polite. In comparison to the whole trampoline purchased for £100 I wasn't expecting to spend £80 on net and tubing.”

“The net was delivered very quickly - thank you. The net appears to be good quality, but fitting it was a bit of a marathon; the new method with the ties took a long time, but the biggest difficulty was that I didn't appreciate how important it was to get the tensions right. I was two thirds of the way round and realised that the net was not going to fit all the way - I had allowed it to bunch a bit at the beginning. I am sure there is a good reason for the re-design, but I suggest you have a net-specific manual which highlights the importance of getting the tension right. Hope this helps.”

“The only and big let down is the cost of delivery in comparison to the cost of the net. Net £40.00, delivery £9.00 equates to a 22.5% oncost.”

“We previously owned an oval jumpking trompoline and had been very pleased with it. Over time the trampoline bed, springs and protective surround needed replacing. We have now done this and the trampolne is like brand new. However to buy the parts we needed cost over £100 more than buying a whole new trampoline plus enclosure. Therefore we had to buy a whole trampoline and take the parts we didn't need to the local recycling centre. This felt very wasteful and surely something can be done about the price of replacement parts.”

“Our trampoline was over 5 years old and getting a bit tatty we bought a new net which was very good however we also bought some new springs as a lot of our old ones had broken unfortunately the new ones seem very brittle and lots of them have broken already good thing we had some spares”

“The parts supplied for our weather-damaged trampoline were good quality and fit; unfortunately the delivery costs to Northern Ireland were steep.”

“The trampoline is very good quality however the tent after having it for 1 year has already ripped in many places and it's not wear & tear because all the rips are at the top! As I bought this trampoline mainly for the UV tent, I could have just bought a normal trampoline for a lot cheaper.”
