“Simple to order, but had to search for last time I ordered to make sure I got the correct part. It's difficult to tell exactly which part you need. Would be nice if they were labeled on the product!”

“Fixing our trampoline however the courier company post it through the door , fortunately nothing was damaged in them doing this but this needs reporting to them”

“This tent is giant, needs a lot of space, too bad there wasn't any measurements on the website. Other than that, it's made from very good fabric, nice colour and kids love it. Fast delivery, good packaging, recommended.”

“It looks a good trampoline for the price we paid ,but we have already had to replace about eight springs as they have broken ,only my son goes on the trampoline ,and he is within the recommended weight”

“Customer service on the phone was great. However ups delivery used was terrible. Parcel lost, delivery office uncontactable and refused to contact me as no good news. Would not allow us to check the goods when eventually received without a signature. Sadly as jumping only work 9-5 min-fri they could not help either. Trampoline great once up.”

“Prompt service, all parts present, fairly clear instructions, same good build with added safety net(had an old jumpking trampoline pre safety net type) which emcourages the children to be slightly more adventurous.”

“We ordered a replacement trampoline net as ours was old and perished. The new net was delivered promptly and fitted well, however the cord supplied to secure it to the springs was too thick to feed through the net and we had to buy thinner cord.”

“We've had our JumpKing combo 10ft trampoline for just under a week now. It arrived promptly. I managed to put most of it up myself, just needed a bit of help slotting the frame together and putting the springs on. The enclosure and pad was easy to fit too. So far so good. Seems very sturdy and the kids are loving it. The only reason for 4 stars was because I had to buy the ladder separately as part of a package including a cover and the anchors.”

“Replacement trampoline net fits and is as described. Promptly dispatched. Delivery company said it would be delivered before 8 pm, but did not come. They did however deliver it first thing the next day.”

“This is a brilliant product and surprisingly quick and easy to assemble. The zip to do up the netting is robust yet easy enough for my 2-year old to do up by himself. The only reason this didn't get 5* was because it doesn't come with a ladder. Looking back now, it does say this in the text but on ordering, my only option was a deluxe ladder at £25.99 so I assumed the basic ladder came as standard. Put the basic ladder option as a tick-box so it's clear and then everything will be perfect! Oh, and not surprisingly, the box is ridiculously heavy when it arrives!”
