“Excellent service and, even more important, extremely good quality meat! The chickens we bought were very good indeed: increasingly difficult to source, especially at the moment with Avian Flu about. Slow growing certainly pays off in quality! Also, we were introduced to smoked and brined ox tongue. After a very ,very long, slow cook at 75-80°C and then slicing and browning, this was absolutely superb!”

“Soon to make my third order, so I am relatively new. Was very pleased with the condition of the packing and how fresh the meat was. As for the meat itself still ploughing through but everything product i ve had so far has been excellent. Only problem is I want to keep eating it.”

“Prompt delivery beautifully packaged.It all looks wonderful,but afraid I've put them in the freezer ready for when we have guests...hope that isn't sacreligious!!We don't have a "proper" butcher near us and the reviews of supermarket joints don't inspire confidence!”
