“Excellent rolled rib of brisket which cooked beautifully and tasted great. We've had fine meat from Swaledale before and this was equally good. Arrived swiftly and well packaged. Very good value all round.”

“I have been eating organic meat for years. However, I have never had meat like this one: cut to perfection, tender, clean looking, brilliant colour, well packaged individually and in a refrigerated box. Outside box thick and meat in the inside well distributed so all of it had ice pack touching it. In addition I received excellent advice on how to cook some meat I had not cooked before. In the future I will continue to buy my meat from this very excellent butcher. I am a first time customer very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.”
