“All the meat I ordered has been lovely, I made a nice Middle Eastern mutton stew which went down well. I haven’t eaten everything I ordered yet but it all looks great quality. I will definitely be ordering more”

“The delivery of my brisket was perfect, which gave me time to season it and leave overnight. The following day I was up early and started my smoker. Once it was at the correct temp I added the meat and slowly smoked this for the next 5-6 hours before wrapping it in butcher paper and adding it back to the smoker for a further 2 hours. Once it felt done, I removed it and let it sit for over an hour before serving. It was amazing!! Thank you Swaledale, the meat was amazing!!”
