“We ordered the 2kg salt beef for St Patrick’s day, streaky bacon, and several of the sausages. Everything we’ve tried so far has been excellent! While we’re trying to eat less meat, we’re also ensuring the meat we do eat is of the highest quality and I can honestly say the salt beef is the BEST I’ve ever tried! I followed a Jamie Olliver recipe to cook it and it was absolutely delicious! I’ve grown up in the USA eating the very fatty corned beef, but this was far superior with a deep beefy flavour, and only a small fat cap. I cut it in half and we ate one and froze the other. Finding sausages with fennel was impossible in major grocery stores, a staple both in Italy and in the US. So glad I’ve found these online butchers, worth every penny!!”

“I am a new Swaledale customer. My first purchase was Mutton Chops, Diced Mutton, Salt Beef, Diced Lamb and Yorkshire Breakfast Chipolatas. I rate all their meat 5 stars for flavour. Ordering from their website is easy and products delivered fresh and well insulated. I will be ordering again, and again!”
