“Phenomenal service and quick delivery even over the holidays. High-quality product and resulted in a rich beef bone broth for my keto diet! 10 out of 10! The wide variety of meat to choose from is astounding and I will continue to use them as my primary butcher. I have referred my friends and coworkers to Swaledale for future purchases.”

“High quality butchery. Ox tongue must be pickled for longer to bring out the flavour either with bringing or a mix of vinegar and brine. Otherwise all other products good.”
