“Delicious rib of beef; made wonderful gravy with the meat juices. Meat was tender and full of flavour. Pigs in blankets, Sausages and bacon were amazing - everyone commented on the flavour.”

“I was really disappointed this year with my saddle of venison. There was a piece of tough gristle that hadn’t been trimmed out of it running all the way through. It was also nothing like what I’ve had from you before neatly rolled with a layer of fat. Not up to your normal standards, and not worth the £60 that was paid for it. Real shame.”
