“Beautiful cuts of meat, really looking forward to working our way through them and trying them all. The Journal provides loads of inspiration, thank you. I live the idea of heritage breeds and keeping things simple and classic. Packing and shipping was excellent even to our remote corner of the cairngorms.”

“Very fresh game, great packaging and delivery. Some feathers may remain, and sometimes a little blood remains outside of the vacuum packaging. But other than those minor things, would recommend for the great meat quality.”
