“Fine quality meat - great to have a selection of different cuts. Swaledale Butcher's bacon has got me eating it again after years avoiding it. Fast and effecient delivery, I'll be ordering again. Brilliant.”

“Superb meat.....packed with care and competence......and as for the recipe pages !! The mutton shoulderi bound for long slow and a caper sauce...shades of gribiche...that was a homely cook up.....non of us had ever been near Francei in the fifties .expept my dad !”

“Top-quality meat and chicken (you can taste the difference of the very high welfare standards), generous portions, great to have mutton- highly recommend. Had problems with recent delivery, but although it was the fault of the courier not Swaledale I got super-quick responses and, unexpectedly, a generous duplicate of everything.”
