“Have ordered several times from Swaledale Butchers, they are unique in offering the Korean style beef short ribs which can be bough easily in North America. My friends love these bbq'd. So happy with my find!! Tried out some sausages this time too, I will be back!!”

“Really quick and excellent service. Easy to deal with I bought a shoulder of mutton. It was completely delicious. Cooked it low and slow for about 7 hours. Its probably not an everyday cut of meat but I'd recommend it for a special occasion. Thank you The only downside was delivery. Even though I was at home, the delivery was left in its packaging outside in the rain. I tried to complain to the delivery company but they were not interested and made it impossible”
