“Thank you for a great service and delicious meat! I’ve ordered several times already, all was great. Except, in my last order one out of three Ox tongues was rancid, extremely smelly, awful. Not sure how this happened. Other two were ok.”

“Your meat is always top quality. I cannot fault the sausage meat and the bacon. We had a batch of pork breakfast sausages that were "bready", (no I didnt complain as I know that sometimes these things can happen)but apart from that everything has been exceptional. We will continue buying from you and have no problems with the Breakfast chipolatas. The venison mince was superb as was the shin of beef and we are looking forward to trying the Topside from our latest order. It really is 5 star meat at affordable prices. Thank you.”

“Customer service is five star. Recent order of short ribs too fatty, needs trimming as top layer too thick. A couple of pieces are fat only very little meat. Try cutting the ribs the long way so each rib has one bone but at longer length. Looks nicer when presented. More like your photo.”
