“I am the first non-butcher/farmer in my family for 5 generations and the nephew of the late great Keith Floyd. I know great meat when I see it…and this was super. Beautifully finished mutton, fabulous beef ossobuco and delicious ox cheek. Great service and well priced.”

“I discovered Swaledale Butchers accidentally and wish I’d found them earlier. The produce I have received so far is of the highest quality and the flavours take my home cooking to a different level. I do like to use local butchers however they can’t match the taste and texture of the meat from Swaledale Butchers. Plus , these guys give tips and offer advice on the best ways to cook your chosen dishes. The meat is delivered and packaged with care and in a timely fashion and customer care is just that. They care and help as much as possible. This place needs to be tried to fully appreciate how good it is. You’re cooking will reach new heights using their produce.”
