“Excellent quality of meat and even better you can find a 'how to cook' it/them on the website. So really helpful and made sure the chateaubriand, bought for a special occasion, was perfect. We haven't tried the sausages lovers box yet, thats for later in the week and next week and onwards.”

“We are new customers of Swaledale Butchers and as former residents of what is now Cumbria were looking for good quality Cumberland sausages. We found Swaledale Butchers, bought the sausages and added some of its other products to try them out. The company dealt with our questions and order efficiently. The products all turned out to be at least as good as they had described and we are totally satisfied”

“We haven't tried all of the meat we had ordered, what we tried, spider stake, very nice flavour we loved them, mutton was also nice however I couldn't feel the mutton taste maybe because of my heavy method of using spices and yoghurt. Next time I choose another recipe. The smoked ox tonge I cooked was to die for, certainly will order more in the future. Cats were not really found of the ox heart but they are spoiled to the score and picky, kittens ate it. All in one we were happy with the quality we got, thank you.”

“Good delivery dates always available. Everything comes well packed and beautifully prepared. Most recent purchase was some Barnsley chops which were delicious on the barbeque.”

“I buy a lot of grass-fed meat on line. I ordered £175 worth of meat, so far I have tried the sausages - Calabrian and Toulouse, and the brisket. Both are excellent and I will order again.”
