“I ordered pork shoulder and beef brisket, packer cut. Both slow cooked. Pork had the best crackling ever. Both meats were tender and delicious. Will definitely be back for more.”

“This was my first order, dlevered by a reliable company, very well packaged and on time. I cooked the dry cured belly pork same day; it makes heavenly bacon sandwiches!! I look forward to sampling the mutton soon, and boiled the dry cured ham according to a recipe on the website, and it is so delicious and full of flavour. Thank you Swaledale..!!”
