“Simply outstanding service. A great choicewith lots of helpful advice, tips and menu suggestions. High welfare, both for the animal and the land. Easy ordering and absolutely brilliant on time delivery.”

“Really happy with the quality of meat that we receive pretty much on a weekly basis. Only negative comment would be, the need to spend £70 each time. We order bones for the dogs with every order and sometimes need just that, website does not allow you to order anything below mentioned amount, there shoud be an option to spend less and pay for the shipping, apart from that - Highly recommended!”

“1st order with swaledale butchers and I have to say I'm very impressed! Beautiful meat,very tasty,well packed and arrived on the date specified. You can really taste difference from supermarket meat. So much so that I've decided to ditch store bought and I'll be ordering from swaledale once a month instead. Yes it's a bit more expensive than supermarkets but I am happy to eat a bit less meat and have better quality. Also knowing where my meat comes from and how it is reared is a mega plus for me and helping farmers too! It's a win win. Thank you swaledale.”

“Arrived on time. First I had some flat iron steaks which I really enjoyed. Then I had a couple of sirloins (I only eat animal based food so have two steaks most meals) the sirloins were disappointing due to having very little 'body! To the meat and seemed to lack flavour. Today I had a couple of ribeyes which had a good body and texture . So overall positive except for the sirloins I received. Thanks”

“Meat was forst class, however the box was left outside my door in the sunlight by the courier and all the ice packs has defrosted when I opened it. No note, no ring of the door bell!! Not happy about this.”

“Exceptional quality with what I have tasted so far, beef short ribs were amazing and 6 good portions of Ragu safely hoarded!! Bacon is outstanding and lamb chops were delicious. More to follow, great service and delivery also.”
