“I am on a therapeutic ketogenic diet so fat is the most important element of my diet. I am very happy with the minced beef fat. It renders beautifully and has an amazing consistency that resembles soft butter. I also tried some Korean style short ribs for the first time and I wasn't disappointed! I will definitely be purchasing again, thank you!”

“Very disappointed with Swaledale. We ordered the Christmas box which was meant to arrive on the 23rd December when it hadn’t arrived in the afternoon I contacted Swaledale the response from the owner was very poor and the delivery never arrived. We had to spend a few hours of Christmas eve purchasing meat from different supermarkets which wasn’t ideal. He hasn’t replied to recent emails and no gesture of compensation which is unbelievable considering the stress it caused our family, we had for 14 people for dinner Christams day.My advice do not order your Christmas meat from Swaledale. There are companies that offer a far superior service and care about there customers!”

“I ordered a beef rib joint for lunch on Christmas day. As we were spending Christmas in a holiday rental I ordered the food to be delivered there. Unfortunately, the beef was delivered a day before it was supposed to be and we had not yet arrived. Fortunately we were able to retrieve the delivery when we arrived. This is why I gave it three stars. The meat itself however was wonderful and deserving of five stars.”

“Turkey was great and the stuffing was excellent, however, my order was meant to include giblets and did not which was a rather unfortunate surprise on Christmas day. It also arrived a day late though that was not their fault but the delivery companies. Probably won't re-use as missing items in an order without notification is a bit of a deal breaker for me.”

“Hi, With the assistance and understanding of client's needs, Jorge Thomas, came to the rescue and delivered meat cuts as requested, which is not part of their meat packs. We enjoyed a Christmas Breakaway and 'devoured' the meat supplied. I will most definitely refer them to friends and family as well as make use of their services going forward.”
