“The Pork and Lamb were outstanding, however, the Beef was not up to the high standards I expected having had beef before from here, it was Grizzly and had too much sinew to make it a great piece of beef.”

“First time I have ordered from Swaledale and was impressed with their delivery service. Arrived one day early superbly packed. The contents were in perfect condition and kept chilled by the freezer bags surrounding the meats. These bags were useful in maintaining the temperature of the meat until required. 10/10 for service. 10/10 for quality.”

“I ordered, for the first time, a piece of beef and gammon to use during the Christmas period. From placing the order, selecting the delivery date and paying, it was so easy to navigate around the website. The meat arrived a day earlier than expected but it arrived in excellent condition, well chilled and it looks great, I have frozen it for use later on in the week, but am sure it’ll be delicious.”

“I was really disappointed that my Christmas meat order didn't arrive and I received no notification from DPD that it wouldn't be with me (they said it would be with me in a one hour slot, but it never came). However, Swaledale have been really empathetic and apologetic (despite the situation being out of their control) and kindly refunded my account. I look forward to ordering with them in the New Year, when the Royal Mail strikes put less pressure on the DPD network.”

“Turkey and the Beef Rib were excellent and made our Christmas. Living on the Isle of Man we were concerned delivery would be problematic but it arrived on the day we asked for it to be delivered. Fantastic service will order again, thank you”
