“We've been using Swaledale Butchers for about 6 months now. The quality and flavour of their meat is exceptional, with a huge variety of rare and different cuts available. The ordering process is simple, and the packaging & delivery is very efficient. The selfish side of me would like to keep Swaledale Butchers a secret, but life is about sharing, so I can only highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys outstanding food.”

“Fantastic quality at a great price - and when delivery companies had issues over Christmas with snow and strikes, the good people at Swaledale went the extra mile and delivered our rib-roast by hand at nearly 11pm, saving Christmas!”

“Excellent meat (salted beef, cured ox tongue). Also tried the smoked tongue which didn't go down well - tongue doesn't really lend itself to smoking, but it was worth trying.”
