“As usual superb cuts of meat and products. Just eaten the Onglet Steak,delicious tender tasty and juicy. Read the cooking and preparation instruction beforehand! Ate the Cottecino the day it arrived and made it into a better than good cassoulet. Remember to skin it. Yet to eat the liver,mutton or Tuscan sausage meat all of which we have had before! We find the choice of meat,variety and different products always exceptional. Thanks Chris and Sue”

“What a revelatio to discover Swaledale Butchers, since when I've been able to dismiss sourcing meat from all supermarket and other so-called butchers who merely retail meat that is pre-packed and has been prepared at some unknown location using meat from unknown sources. In terms of quality the meat from Swaledale is by far the most superior i've ever tasted, and will continue to do so...”

“I love the Swaledale Butchers. The meat is exceptional. Great quality and lots of choice at good prices. If you are adventurous, they supply a wide variety of meat which you won't find in a supermarket or even the majority of local butchers.”
