I am very sorry about that, because I like your wide numbers of offers. Regards Marten ----------------------------------- Hi Marten, I'm sorry that you weren't aware there would be import fees to pay on your order and can understand how frustrating that would be after waiting for the package to arrive - unfortunately, once the UK had left the EU, import fees have been imposed on goods arriving to the European Union from the UK. We have a number of measures in place, such as the IOSS process that allows for prepayment of local taxes on orders under 150€, but as your order was above this threshold it did not qualify. “The price was keen, website good but that's about it. My order was faulty and trying to rectify was torturous, but not in the fun way. London Store hours frequently don't reflect what they publish and they didn't seem to care I'd specifically got the train 3 times in to sort it out. Barely an apology.”

“Regulation is my go to shop for all things rubber, I love the London store it’s pretty iconic. There are a lot of toys in there too to look through. The collar I bought was well made and actually pretty reasonably priced. Staff always welcoming and helpful as well.”
