Won't exchange an item after it broke within the first 48 hours of receiving Vinyl trousers split on the seam which is a clearly a manufacturing defecet best they offered was store credit

The product was defective. I have returned it and requested an exchange, or failing that a refund. So far I have had no indication that either is forthcoming.

Mein Paket kam leider nie bei mir an und wurde aufgrund von Zustellung per Einschreiben direkt wieder zurück gesendet! Leider war es auch nicht möglich die Ware in der Post direkt abzuholen

I had custom ordered a latex garment. The wait time for production was very reasonable. The garment, however, arrived defective. In addition to my disappointment for having received a defective garment, I have had to pay an additional 100 EUROS in customs and handling fees, to receive the defective item, only to have to file a refund request and go through the process of returning the item, having now been left without the garment and 100 EUROS paid in customs and handling fees. REGULATION do not return/refund VAT paid, not even when the item is defective. And in this case, they did not offer any form of compensation. Nothing at all for having sent a defective item, and for having put me in a situation where I am to pay 100 EUROS unnecessarily. The service I have received from this vendor has been abysmal. No, never again!

I won't buy anything from your store again, and I won't recommend it to others because you violate my privacy as a buyer by revealing what is in the package on the label!!!

Hi Gytis, I'm sorry to hear you feel your privacy has been violated. We take special care to sanitise the names of our products as they appear on customs declarations, but we aren't able to completely remove this information as it is required for items to pass from one country to another. If you feel one of the items on the declaration isn't as discrete as you would like, please let us know which item it is and we will make changes to its shipping title for any future shipments. Good day Regulation My products were not repaired professionally. The double leather reinforcement that I sent back is completely missing! Order no.: R-2192691 Repair no.: R-2194051 Return costs: 25 CHF When I buy a new product, I want a new product and not a repaired product! I was also promised that the costs for the return shipment would be paid by you. These were not paid either! I am very angry about the effort and the not professionally repaired product! I expect a quick solution without long waiting times. Can you replace the product with a new one in perfect condition and reimburse me for the cost of returning it?

Hi Manuel, I'm sorry to hear your repair doesn't meet your expectations. All of our repairs are completed by professionals and it saddens us to hear that it isn't the quality you were expecting. We can absolutely assure you that the original item was new and not something that had been previously repaired. I'm also sorry to hear you're still waiting on the shipping cost reimbursement you were offered - transactions usually take a few days to clear but that should be with you within 5 working days. Please keep an eye out for that refund in your bank statement when it clears, and do let us know if it hasn't arrived within this time - Aryn.

We just ask that the returns form at regulation.co.uk/returns be completed first. Had a made to measure sleep sack but did not fit Travelled up again for re measure this time arrived perfect Costing me 2 days of work and fuel but was i offered any compensation because it was there fault NO

Disgusting service on the phone by a staff member when asking fir advice was rude and thought was funny that i was having issues with an online order and wasnt interested in helping i am Leaving the country and have no way of getting an order that should be here tomorrow asked advice was told not his problem and no advice z£700 spend and no support online and store was to a point rude unhelpful and basically uninterested as not his problem Am now in process of reviewing everywhere as i am sivk of poor rude and ingnirant service

Please do not use Fedex for deliveries. They are inconsistent, unhelpful and overall quite rude. They won't deliver packets on the weekend, not do they want to leave it in the mailbox as it's "too big" when all I ordered was a mask. I can't change the delivery date, options or anything at all so basically the packet is held hostage and I won't be seeing it for weeks or even monthes. Don't use fedex please...

First of all the shipping was over a month. Second the parcel was not very discreet as promised. I have bought a lot of gear over the years and the customs label is usually very discreet too.. It could have said “Singlet”, but instead you write the full description of every item..Fuckbody, rear zipper etc.. Third. The package had been opened. Poorly packaged. God knows by who.. Very acward picking up my parcel at the post office in my small town where I know every person working there. Very dissapointed.

We have a number of measures in place, such as the IOSS process that allows for prepayment of local taxes on orders under 150€, but as your order was above this threshold it did not qualify. Hi there, I'm sorry that your ID number appeared on the outside of the package. Unfortunately, our couriers have requested this detail be added to the shipping label as it must be added for all imports from outside of China. Any packages that are sent without a resident ID on the shipping label might be destroyed or returned. We double-checked this with our couriers to make sure it is correct and, regrettably, it is unavoidable.
