They have wide range of leather ans rubber products, good quality. The quality of the gloves are great. The only issue I have is with the sizes, the gloves are XL and they barely fit but I bought other gloves from another retailer in 2016 in M and they still fit me. The same with the Jock, I bought in L, I normally have M, but L is still very little and I had problems to get in the jock.

I’m afraid I was disappointed with the 20 hole boot laces I bought, really thin don’t look good in the boots feel like they’ll snap very soon and seem to catch and fray on the eyelets sorry but you did ask for feedback.

Regulation service superb as always. Sadly the product I bought - topped toys nipple suckers - totally useless. Don’t work at all. No suck whatsoever. Very flimsy, very expensive, complete waste of time and money. I would have thought that Regulation would audition products before stocking, so either this didn’t happen this time, or Regulation are happy to stock over priced useless products. Rather disappointed, Topped Toys dildos are excellent, so what’s going on here ?

Good selection of products although often different sizes will be out of stock. Regulation would be my go to fetish store in London now as there is a bit of everything, although I’d like to see more kink lifestyle type stuff, a bit like GEAR used to do. The new Regulation sports socks are very cool and the gear you sell is easily the best quality on the market.

Leider wurde die reperatur vom reisverschluss nicht so ausgeführt wie vereinbart. Der reisverschluss sollte komplett ausgetauscht werden😐leider wurde es nur schlecht verklebt, ich weiss nicht wie lange das hält😥

Hi Bernhard, I'm sorry the repair was not what you were expecting. We tried to make it clear in multiple emails that we would do the repair that was necessary on your suit and a full zip replacement would only happen if it was absolutely necessary, as it can have some negative consequences on the rest of the latex to remove the whole zip when it isn't needed. The repair that was completed was the one that was in the best interest of the longevity of your suit.

“The stock arrived in good condition. However, I was very annoyed to find two stickers with my name and address on the package, along with another sticker showing the contents of the package. Anyone who handled the package, whether it was my neighbor or a friend, could easily see what was inside. This was quite embarrassing and very strange. I’ve never seen items declared so openly on the outside of a box before. It’s especially disappointing when it involves this type of article.

I'm sorry to hear your label listed the product names plainly. We take special care to give each product a sanitised name so that nothing explicit ever shows up on the customs documentation, so there shouldn't have been anything distressful on the packaging. Unfortunately, there are limits on how vague we are able to be with these descriptions whilst still being descriptive enough for the items to pass customs. We'll take an immediate look at all the items on your order to see if anything needs updating to better protect our customers' discretion in the future. They tried their best with the Export/Import info. That was a purchase to Spain. In the Import Spanish custom they proceeded for the country of expedition. However they declared China as origin so I had problems with the Import process. I wasnt able to import the goods so the parcel was delivered back to the shop. Not a good experience unfortunately

Nothing bad about the products, I would shop here again. The shipping was a bit odd. The box arrived via UPS with a big hole in it, big enough for someone to pull out the contents. Everything did arrive though, it was just odd.

Hi, I am pretty happy with the products but regarding delivery I was a bit shocked by the amount of customs duty I needed to pay. Am additional 70€? That’s another 25% on top. I think you should make that a bit more prominent and transparent within your ordering process.

Hi Martin, Thanks for your feedback and we understand you were surpised by the custom fees due on your order. We do have a shipping info on product pages and in the pop-in cart to notify of potential extra fees but we appreciate it can still be a surprise when a bill comes through later and the total cost isn't available at checkout. We currently remove UK VAT (20%) from all non-UK orders over €150 (IOSS threshold) however we are looking to trial a fully pre-paid service to Germany soon which will ensure the final price paid at checkout includes all remaining taxes and duty expected at the German border. So I know that the initial issue was because a different carrier grabbed a box, 1 of 2, of mine and caused delays. Where I am frustrated is I kept having to do all the reaching out to find out what was wrong and why the one package that was picked up by FedEx was not being delivered. I was then told that regulation couldn't start my replacement until the one shipped correctly was delivered because they didn't know what items were in which box, but iny order history, had the tracking for every item and you could tell. My replacement items were then placed and I was told 2 weeks. A few days after that, I reached out for an update and then told end of week. The next Monday I reach out and now it's in quality check but never told me when my items would ship. I get that all of this was because a box was given to the wrong carrier at the store, but it took an extra 5-6 weeks to get my items and I had to do all the reaching out for updates. Would have been nice to have been contacted of any updates along the way. Sadly this has soured the experience as I enjoy the products, but having this for shipping logistic issues was not fun.

Unfortunately on this visit the two assistants working downstairs were laughing with each other which I can presume was a private joke. This felt quite unfriendly and intimidating, I wasn’t asked if I had a loyalty account and had to prompt them. I have to say out of about 40 visits this was the worst. The store has also been changed around which I didn’t mind but please please please have more sleepsacks and full body restraints to look at and try on!! Thanks

The guy behind the till seemed irriated I was there and asking questions about the poppers - His collegue that was next to him was more personable and gave a better customer experience.

Unfortunately my order was held up in customs. I had to provide copies of the invoice and proof of payment. Regrettably I shall only buy stuff when I’m in London now, not online.
