Unfortunately on this visit the two assistants working downstairs were laughing with each other which I can presume was a private joke. This felt quite unfriendly and intimidating, I wasn’t asked if I had a loyalty account and had to prompt them. I have to say out of about 40 visits this was the worst. The store has also been changed around which I didn’t mind but please please please have more sleepsacks and full body restraints to look at and try on!! Thanks

The guy behind the till seemed irriated I was there and asking questions about the poppers - His collegue that was next to him was more personable and gave a better customer experience.

Unfortunately my order was held up in customs. I had to provide copies of the invoice and proof of payment. Regrettably I shall only buy stuff when I’m in London now, not online.

Nice product; however , if u (which I do) live in the USA and you have to return you are totally screwed! Would cost me $300. To send back my pants( they cost me $450) won’t b doing bus there anymore

Hi Andrew, I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for your order. I've taken a look at the tracking information and it appears that Royal Mail had attempted delivery on October 12th, but you weren't available at the time. They're just waiting to hear from you about whether you'd like the package redelivered or if you'd like to collect it from your local Royal Mail collection office. This is my first regulation purchase. This items are well packed and delivered promptly. However, I’m disappointed that the actual Rubber Bike masks seems to be smaller than what was described on the website. Will keep the masks since returning will incur costly international shipment. Hopefully there’s a promotion soon so I can buy a bigger size. Overall - disappointed but not upset.

Purchased The Choker, mouth gag and whilst it does live up to its name, the ball is far too large and unless you've got an exceedingly large mouth the ball gets stuck and comes away from the end of the rod that you're trying to shove in. That results in just the metal tip moving forward whilst the ball stays where it is. Nice idea, but to have the option of adding a different sized gag would be great.

Finding how to give Regulation payment and place th order I have nearly always found impossible until I eventually found a real person who worked wonders. Sometime I have given up and gone elsewhere so whenever I see something I would like to buy from Regulation I look to see if I can get it elsewhere before struggling with the present system. J

I thought that this item was going to be a bit bigger than it was. I had trouble getting it in place in my boi as there is no hard(ish) core to help insertion and had to experiment a bit before it worked. Once in it does what it says on the tin. He was smiling at any rate.

It doesn't fit properly and it's a lot smaller than what it looks like, wouldn't recommend if you're average size or bigger

Royal Mail are experiencing some delays at the moment owing to the ongoing strike action and the larger-than-normal number of packages they have to ship during the Black Friday sales and holiday period. No complaints about the attentiveness of the entire Regulation staff. However the courier service that was assigned by Regulation didn’t deliver to the correct address and I nearly lost £400 worth of products!

Good customer service. International shipping was much higher than it should be. And combining that with import fees it made already expensive products quite pricey.

We're constantly monitoring the current prices for shipping across different couriers to bring you the best prices we can, but you can be assured we're always keeping an eye on it and adjusting prices as soon as we can. it says 8.5inch girth its not that i know the softer version has some give but too much for my liking. But that does not mean i won't buy a size up its the absolute best quality and feeling so i will just use this for day use for long sessions

Bought a sling asked if everything was included was told yes got home and the sling chains were missing called the shop and was told the chains were extra No point in selling an item if it’s not complete

Delivery was incredibly quick and the quality of the product itself was good quality, but the gas mask came with some sort of weird white crust on it that was difficult to remove

I'm happy with the product, but had some concerns about the order and delivery. I have just received my order today, six weeks after placing it. Unfortunately, it was sent later than estimated, and then was delayed by two more days after entering the US (to ultimately arrive in Canada). I noticed also that the box had been opened and taped up (fortunately the contents were not damaged). So it has been a long wait (and a rough journey, even after paying the additional duty/customs fees), but I am happy to have received my order in good condition.
