“Regulation probably has some of the best customer service I've had. They're always happy to answer questions you have and have been absolute saints when it comes to helping me with my latex and any repairs it needs. As a bonus they have a pretty clean website that makes navigating it really easy, with colours and sizes all on one page.”

“Brilliant service from Regulation. The squarepeg toys were in stock and the member of staff i spoke to, to clarify the sizing of the pounder dildo was so helpful and friendly and went the extra distance to find the information required. Postage was fast & the boxing/package super secure & discreet. So much stuff to browse though !! Needless to say, I had made 2 purchases within the week. Will definitely use this store again.”
