Unfortunately the sizing chart for across your hand measurement was not very clear, so i had to send back for an exchange. Returns process easy to do. Unfortunately REGULATION had sold out of the size i needed. Refund came thru no problem. I shall keep my eyes open for item coming back in stock.

Package got sent back by dispatcher because of some sort of paperwork issue from the store. Had to fight for a refund im still waiting on. No confirmation store has received it back yet. Ridiculous they caused the entire issue and im the one down money.

Whilst I used to be generally happy with purchases from REGULATION, I feel the quality of some items purchased over Xmas, have had little thought about the end user in mind, so I returned them, this took several days later than the expcted time to arrive or be collected from Royal Mail, and now the process of chasing the returned funds, no updates? no contact? wheres my refund? or is this a case of having to claim on the credit card?
