It did not arrive, I was told by store to wait 15 days until officially lost by Royal Mail and then see if replacement could be arranged. Then had email from support saying ticket had been closed, and this before the 15 days. Have asked for cancellation and refund.

Package got sent back by dispatcher because of some sort of paperwork issue from the store. Had to fight for a refund im still waiting on. No confirmation store has received it back yet. Ridiculous they caused the entire issue and im the one down money.
