“Yes, a very good experience. The young staff are very personable, and I much enjoyed chatting with them. I didn't quite know what to make of Cesa when I met her, but she is a rare and unique gem. I adored her! Thanks for all the e-mail follow up notifications, including the UPS tracking. However, the products that I ordered are not satisfactory as they do not fit properly. I'll be e-mailing both Support and Workshop shortly as to where we can go from here. With thanks, Bart”

“Regulation has a good product selection, many of which may be difficult to find on other sites, although several I was interested in were out of stock. Ordering and checkout completion were easy. The shipping was prompt with advanced notification of delivery date. Two of the items I purchase were really high quality, a third (vinyl PVC) not so great. Overall I was happy with my purchases and expect to use Regulation again”
