Hi Pietro, I'm sorry to hear your order is taking longer than expected to arrive with you. I've given FedEx a call and according to their system they had made a delivery attempt but the package was refused at the delivery address. We've asked them to put the package back out for delivery at the next available opportunity and hopefully it will be with you soon! We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay - Aryn

i was very much hoping for discreet packaging, as most adult product companies offer. instead, on the outside of the package, the contents were very plainly marked: "pricker insoles for bondage bo". thanks for the discretion.

My delivery is set for today,I've been home all day waiting for it... And in the shippement its still marked on madrid... It alreday took a lot of time and i payed more so it came faster...

Hi Andre, I'm sorry there was a delay in the delivery of your order. I've spoken with FedEx and they've advised that the package had a little bit of a delay at your local customs office but it has since been cleared and should be with you tomorrow. They've advised that it should show the package as "out for delivery" on the tracking page in the morning, so please do let us know if this doesn't update to that tomorrow and we can check again with FedEx. Jock was great the Chasity was not great at all and did cause some bleeding as had a few sharp edges

I have only received the package, but it is not discrete. Itemized details are on the box which anyone could have read. This is embarrassing and not something that was expected.

Waited for the RubLuxe bondage board to come into stock and on its first use it ripped! I'm not even into hardcore play! I also ordered over £300 of restraints and one broke the first use and I had to faff about sending it back waiting weeks for it to be repaired (apparently they couldn't send a replacement) also the holes do not line up on most on them e.g. left wrist might be hole 4 and just right but right wrist on hole 4 is too loose or too tight (and not marginally) also the lock studs are not lined up correctly on so so involves stretching the leather. Will buy better quality cheaper ones elsewhere next time!

The Prices have rocketed, site usto show better value and better items, some lower quality items have crept in, also the media advertising work isn't as good as it usto be

The price was keen, website good but that's about it. My order was faulty and trying to rectify was torturous, but not in the fun way. London Store hours frequently don't reflect what they publish and they didn't seem to care I'd specifically got the train 3 times in to sort it out. Barely an apology.

I thought the gag was solid rubber but unfortunately not so not a great experience for my sub. Easy for him to manipulate so a bit disappointed. I also feel it was quite expensive for what it was.

It took a very long time for my order to be made, including a final snag when the finished order went missing. Not the usual standard I'd expect from Regulation, although I understand supplier issues sourcing Latex.

Absolutely appalling website The items received were not what was advertised in the description or the picture. As to the returns policy Even worse Barcode didn’t open My postcode wasn’t recognised and it’s clearly a means of not wanting items returned I purchased many items from regulation but never again And as it was Xmas period and I knew would be slow postage I still had no choice however to pay for next day delivery It wouldn’t allow any other option

Regrettably, this order has fallen far from expectations. Received a message delivery would take place today, however, DPD hasn’t yet received the parcel to date and still awaits the parcel to enter their system.

As a service themselves overall quite good, however like most companies in this industry some of the items sold are not always... fully tested, or say that they are "safe" and "tested" when in-fact they are not. One of the products I purchased started to degrade rapidly within the first few weeks, after some research I discovered that the material of the product was nowhere near safe for internal use despite it being marketed as "Body safe". The company itself do sell some good products at a moderately competitive price. Just make sure to check the materials and search other websites or manufacturer pages for confirmation that they are actually safe. --Edit-- This review was after having purchased a silicone product and previously purchasing a PVC one. It is for your service not the product itself. However, looking at the products you sell can say a lot about you as a company. So *inhale*… The PVC product I purchased was marketed by you as “body-safe” and “easy to clean” which is itself contradictory as PVC is porous so (regardless of method or storage) cannot be entirely cleaned. PVC also commonly contains phthalates (or equivalent) for softening the plastic. Phthalates and some of their equivalents have been linked to asthma, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, breast cancer, obesity, type II diabetes, neurodevelopmental issues, behavioural issues, altered reproductive development and male fertility issues. Which is why they are outright banned in most regulated industries (such as children’s toys), unfortunately the sex toy industry is one of the most poorly regulated. As such, consumers depend on companies such as yourself to be truthful and not misleading. You do sell some high quality, legitimately safe items and for anything silicone or external I would still consider your site. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend you to others due to the misleading information (on some of your lower quality items), which could cause serious bodily harm.

Hi there, I'm sorry you weren't happy with the item you received. The toys we sell are tested by the manufacturers and considered body safe and would only become unsafe to use through misuse or lack of care. Some materials can degrade when they come into contact with other materials and so care should always be taken when using and storing items - it's generally advised to store toys separately to stop interactions between different materials from happening, and to make sure you are using the correct lubes for each material. The order for which you are reviewing does not contain any insertable items, and only features an item made of high-quality silicone, however.
