About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“A great harness, nice and sturdy, but looks comfortable. Fits well. Was bought for our young terrier who can pull on the lead when excited. It's working nicely and we can see a real difference in his walking. Would definitely recommend it.”

“We needed a car ramp quickly as our Italian Spinone tore her cruciate ligament and was unable to jump in the back of our RAV4. Reading reviews online, we decided on the Petsafe Telescopic dog ramp and Mountain Dog not only had it in stock, but we received a discount as it was our first order and the ramp was delivered within 2 working days. We used it in the garden first to get her used to it and now she happily uses it to get in and out the car. We will continue to use it beyond her rehab as it will protect her other joints. It’s so easy to use, and is light and portable. We highly recommend it, and Mountain Dog”

“Ordered a fantastic harness after taking measurements for our dog. However the straps were not that strong due to his build & breed. (Bulldog) 40 kg. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely harness but need a stronger one for bigger dog breeds. Thankyou great website”

“Our dog trainer recommended your products for our chihuahua puppy training purposes and we never looked back! Cut into small chunks and then baked in the oven for a few minutes they hold their shape without turning into mush in your pocket. Great product. Our orders have been promptly dispatched and are always well packed.”

“The coat is great, extremely well made. Great coverage over the hind legs and stomach as well as the full back and neck. Slightly exposed around the tail to make space for those with tails that sit higher. I have a Jack Russell and originally bought a 40, far too big, exchanged for a 30, perfect. There are breeds listed for each size on the packaging, but these weren't on the website when ordering, they would be helpful. Return was very easy, the whole process, was very quick and efficient. 100% recommend.”
