About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“We ordered a hurta waterproof coat for our spaniel, which turned out to be the wrong size, returning by post was super easy but as we’re local decided to visit the shop. What a find, loads to tempt me. Super helpful staff, thank you. Definitely ordering again and will be paying you a visit when we pass.”

“Great sturdy harness padded where needed, This is our second, one the handle on the back is also great, and handy to have we bought one that our puppy will grow into, love the colour better in person. Mountain dog has always had our custom over the years and never failed to deliver good quality products well packaged on time, good customer service polite and take the time to listen if need to call. would recomend.”

“I had to return my dog's coat twice as it didn't fit and this was with no quibbles at all, free postage to return and they refunded the difference. Would highly recommend.”
