About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“I ordered the K9 Sport Sack - although it was too small (my fault in measuring) the actual bag was excellent quality and I will get another one. The customer service and returns on this was really easy and they were very helpful so would definitely recommend.”

“My dog is a bit of an escape artist and finds a way to get out of every harness he’s ever had but he can’t get out of this one! This has made being out and about so much easier because we don’t have to constantly watch that he’s not trying to escape. One very happy owner and one less than impressed escape artist of a dog.”

“Brilliant waterproof coat for our lab, feel like the sizing chart could do with a bit of an overhaul I know all dogs are different shapes and sizes but at least a rough recommendation of what sort of size for each breed would be nice we bought the largest size for ours after measuring him and it was far to big had to go 2 sizes down and had to pay additional p&p which was annoying”

“Great service , when I bought the wrong size, I was refunded and received a larger size the same day they received item back. Very helpful as well as having the best dog boot for my arthritic lab, he’s happy, I’m happy 😃”
