Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

“Overall I like this product, it's light, breathable, not sure if i like the secondary small zips of the pouches that give a 2nd entry to the pouch the negatives, improvements to make this a 5-star winner would be to replace the plastic clips with metal and the chest straps keep working lose so constant adjustment so something to stop it losening so the load the dog caries becomes unbalanced on its back”

“The harness with saddle bags is great. My Doberman fits the XL very well as per the size guide. When on a Parkrun with Stanley it was admired by many people. Stanley carries all his water, about 2 litres in 2 bottles, snack food and my mobile phone. It does make Stanley wider than he is used to, he scrapes walls and other objects which has put two rips in the outer material, only use it in open spaces. It is very well padded in the area of the harness which retains heat, we may not be able to use it in high summer if Stanley is working hard.”

“Sizing chart didn’t really work for my little scrap but guessed at another size, returned No.1 & second coat fitted perfectly. Mountain Dog very helpful regarding return & guesstimating another size”

This is why we offer a free exchange as we know from personal experience the difficulty that comes with measuring and getting the correct size for your furry friend! “Not used as yet but seems to be reasonable quality for the price. This has been purchased as an alternative to a small tarp tent I made for my dog used on our wild camp hammock hols. Much easier/ quicker to erect, hopefully will be waterproof. 4 stars subject to waterproof test.”

“The ramp ordered had to be returned as it wasn't suitable for our vehicle, not having the expected lip to attach it to the boot. No problem whatsoever in arranging a return and refund so it's a reputable company to be considered for future purchases.”
