About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

Thank you so much for your review. We do send out our mailers quite regularly which often has a lot of new gear and occasionally, discount codes which may be of interest for future purchases. If you do not wish to recieve these mailers, if you unsubscribe from our mailer this will stop them reaching you. Hope this helps :)

“Not at all easy to get a dog into, and I think the sizing guide isn't quite correct. I got the large based on measurements as per the website and it seems on the small side. However in trying to get him in I got grass and mud scuffs on it so doubt am exchange would be acceptable. I am sure I will be glad for it when we are hiking and he gets tired! Bag seems sturdy enough.”

These are taken directly from the manufacturer's websites to prevent there being discrepancies. “Based size of Ruff Flagline harness on previous Webmaster - but was too small. Have returned for exchange to larger size. Awaiting delivery - but have no issues with customer service. So far excellent service from Mountain Dog - easy ordering, quick delivery (bar Royal Mail strikes!) & competitively priced.”

“Really like the product (Rukka cooling vest) and when I contacted Mountain dog to exchange one of the coats I had bought for a smaller size, the service was great, sorting out my messing up the returns process via the online chat. Very happy customer (with a chilled dog!!).”
