About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“I've been hunting for the best collar for my little Dolly for a long time. And I finally picked Ruffwear which got the best reviews from different platforms. However, Ruffwear's official website was out of stock in Dolly's size, but then I found Mountain Dog, which gave me hope because they had the exact size and model I was looking for. Shipment is fast, the order process is simple!”

“Excellent company - order was dispatched within hours and arrived the following day. Got an absolute bargain on the dog costs paying 50% of what they normally are so as I have 2 dogs it was like BOGOF 😬😬👍👏”

“Harness was in stock and arrived within expected timescale. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to order it for next day delivery and although I registered my email, I didn't see the resultant email with the discount code until I had already completed the payment. Perhaps an onscreen notification to remind me to check my email would have helped e.g. ' Thank you for registering, please check your email for a discount code'.”

“I love this lead. Game changer....I love the fact I can put it around my waist so I'm hands free on those open walks. Also my dog doesn't pull on this lead. She is calmer. I originally bought this lead for when we go to Wales next month but I use it all the time.”

“Quality made!! Expensive, but well worth it. I bought this for my dogs physiotherapy to help with strengthening her leg after an operation she went through. She loves the water and she loves her jacket.”
