About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 300,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, ChuckIt! and more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

“The harness isn't suitable as no matter how much adjusting it doesn't fit my Staffies shape. It looked well made and as described. I was disappointed I had to pay £5 to return the item but my fault I suppose for not reading the return policy! I won't order again due to this as difficult buying online. Luckily I purchased a lead which is fine so at least had something. I haven't 'received my refund as yet as only just posted it due to not being an essential journey until i meeded food so cannot comment on that process yet”

“Having read the excellent and amusing website of Mountain Dog we decided to purchase 2 coats for our dogs, Max and Poppy. The products arrived swiftly and well packaged. They are of excellent quality and perfectly suited for colder or inclement weather. We initially ordered the wrong size (our fault, the website contains excellent instructions on how to measure your dog, but we still managed to get it wrong!) but the very efficient Returns routine ensured we could quickly swap the items for the correct sized ones. Mountain Dog is a company that clearly cares about dogs and sells top quality products to suit all breeds of dog. They have an excellent Customer Service who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure you buy the right product. I was very impressed with the service I received especially after messing up the measurements in the first instance. Our dogs are now beautifully kitted out in their new coats. As a result of a very positive buying experience with this company I have no hesitation in recommending Mountain Dog to other customers.”

“Good online info to help choose the right size harness. Service was fast and the harness is a great fit! Our 6 month old cocker is walking on lead so much better now. We chose an xs and it fits perfectly with room to grow with her.”

“A car spooked our rescue Rottie and she bolted on Christmas day. Alana was out in freezing temperatures for 16 days and a huge search began ranging for miles (she's now famous in Dundee). She was finally captured with the help of a specialist team (£1700 to track and trap, ouch!). Upon her safe return everyone pointed us to the Webmaster harness for peace of mind whilst out walking her. It fits like a glove, is well made, and is soo secure. Honestly if you are thinking of getting one then just do it; money well spent considering our unexpected adventures. We use a regular leash at the moment, but when we can afford to then we'll definitely complete the set be buying the large Roamer Bungee leash (coming out in February). Thank you Mountain Dog for your excellent products!”
