Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“I accidentally sent the dog jacket i purchased to an old address, the item was received by whoever is staying in the property and I live to far away to try to get it back. Although I never received the jacket for my dog, when I contacted Mountain dog they gave me every bit of information to try to resolve it. Unfortunately, it was my mistake and nothing anyone can do & I cant afford a buy a new one. Thanks anyway though!”

“We purchased this doggy coat for our daughter’s dog a couple of weeks back and are only getting a chance to review it now as it was a Christmas gift and we didn’t have the opportunity to try it on her cockapoo but now that we have we’re all so pleased it fits so well and ready keeps her so clean when we take her out for a walk really first class product which was delivered so quickly, well done Mountain Dog 👍”

“The Mountain Dog team are great! Very helpful with sizings and quick to send products out. Even when I got the size wrong for my strange shaped mix breed rescue, they were very happy to exchange for another size. We love the Ruffwear products and Mountain Dog are our go-to company.”

“I ordered two Ezydog collars, they were a great price. They arrived really quickly given that I ordered these in the run up to Christmas. Unfortunately they ended up slightly too small so I had to return them. The returns process was just as efficient as ordering and I was refunded within two days of my posting the collars. Thank you for your excellent service.”
